New Year New Goals

Happy New Year Everyone we hope you have had an amazing Christmas and that this year will be your best one yet.

We had an amazing christmas full of love and laughter.

I love New Year just like I love Mondays and the fact that this year started on a Monday pleased me so much.

It full of new promises excitement and plans. We all do it even if we don’t make resolutions we all love a good plan and things to look forward to.

This year for me I’m hoping will be amazing. I didn’t have the best year in 2017 we suffered the loss of my father who was a huge part of my life. So there is such a massive void in my heart even still at the moment. However I know that he wouldn’t want me to stop my plans. So in his memory i will do as much as i possible can to live my life to the fullest.

I’m saying this as I’m sat in my arm-chair in my pjs mostly watching YouTube oops. 

I do have some plans though and I think he would be proud of me for giving these things a go.

These are a few of my plans.

Holidays

We do a lot with the kids we have days out most weekends and it’s not just to the park (even though they love the park the most probably). We do full days at theam parks beaches you name it we love doing it. Yet we don’t seem to get loads of holidays in.

Respond so much on Merlin passes and other days out that we never seem to plan the holidays.

Well that is changing this year and we are hoping to get two really good holidays in.

We have booked and paid some towards another Disney holiday in October and we couldn’t be more excited. Except we haven’t told the kids and are hoping to keep it as a surprise eekk

 

YouTube

We have been videoing on and off for well over a year now. It was actually our last Disney holiday that kicked it all off and my Dad was actually the one that suggested multiple times that we should put it on YouTube.

We love sharing our days on there and making new friends online. There is a whole world out there that we can connect with through our videos.

So we are hoping to grow that little venture.

This Website

I started blogging around the same time as the YouTube channel and it was mostly for the same reasons to share and connect with people.

This by far is the hardest thing i have tried to do. The time and effort that goes into a blog is so different to videoing. And plus coming up with ideas of things to write about is also really hard.

Yet this is the one i love the most. Writing down my thoughts and taking beautiful photos i just love it.

So I am going to try in January to write at least 3 a week eekk 

A Book

I have written a book. Its awful and needs editing then editing again and again and again. The story though I love and every night for bed the story goes over and over in my head and I add bits to it here and there.

I just can’t seem to find the time to sit and do it yet I can find the time to watch three hours of Netflix and YouTube.

So I guess I need to prioritize my time better a lot better.

These are my personal goals. We have some as a family as well but I might save them for another post.
